Block Patterns

Ready-made layouts editors can insert and edit as a single unit.

A pattern is a pre-composed group of blocks — a hero section, a features grid, a multi-column footer. They appear in the inserter and themes register them via `/patterns/*.php` files. Editors can insert and then tweak text and images without breaking the layout.
